A Share Session
Invite Attendee
When you invite users to your team, they immediately get access to all team-shared sessions. Invite collaborators right from your whiteboard with the ”share” button in the upper right corner.
In the pop-up window, you will be able to choose from 3 options:
- Add email addresses and send invitations
- Invite from Google Classroom
- Invite by session code
Join with session code
Attendees can go to our web version here [link] or join with another Optoma IFP by simply inputing the session code.
Note: Attendee can either sign in to join the session or join as anonymous without signing in.
Group management
The owner can set different group to management attendees, and set permissions for different groups.
Permission
Manage and authorize who can access your session. When you share a board via the Share window, you can specify access permission by choosing “Can edit” or “Can view”.
B Roles
Owner
When you create a board, you will be owner by default. The owner has the highest permission level and can perform the following actions:
- transfer board ownership to another collaborator
- delete the board session
Editor
Editors get full access to all the tools on the board. They can make changes to the content, delete or upload new files. Editors who are members of the team can edit permission of other members and add new collaborators.
Viewer
Viewers can’t make any changes to the session; they can only view its content.
Note: When an attendee joins with a session code, default permission will be viewer. The owner can change permission from viewer to editor, but cannot be set as a session owner.
